Day 1
Arrival at Hong Kong airport and transfer to the hotel
After arrival at Hong Kong airport, individual transfer to the hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure. In the evening we meet for a welcome dinner with the best Cantonese cuisine.
Day 1 - 3
Harbour Grand Kowloon 5*
The 5* Harbour Grand Kowloon is a luxurious 5-star hotel located directly on Kowloon Harbour in Hong Kong. It offers breathtaking views of Victoria Harbour and the skyline of Hong Kong Island. Guests appreciate the first-class facilities such as the outdoor pool and the various restaurants and bars. The rooms are elegantly furnished and offer modern comforts. The hotel's location is ideal for business and leisure travelers, as it is close to shopping, attractions and public transport.
Day 2
City Tour Hong Kong with guide and lunch
Today we explore Hong Kong and experience, among other things, the famous panoramic views from Victoria Peak, Repulse Bay & Aberdeen (Floating Village), the Wong Tai Sin Temple, the hustle and bustle of the markets and the Avenue of Stars. For lunch we enjoy a traditional Cantonese “Dim Sum”. Have lunch and get a little closer to the local culture - also in terms of cuisine. (F,L)
Hong Kong is a special administrative region of the People's Republic of China, located on the southern coast of China. The city is known for its impressive skyline, busy port and dense population. Once a British crown colony, Hong Kong was returned to China in 1997. Hong Kong is a major global financial center and is known for its mix of Western and Eastern influences. The city offers a variety of attractions, from traditional markets and temples to modern skyscrapers and luxury shopping.
Day 3
Transfer to Mission Hills, time for driving range
After checking out of the hotel in Hong Kong, we drive to Mission Hills. (approx. 2.5 hours) Once there, check in at the Mission Hills Hotel Dongguan. The rest of the day is free for your own activities, e.g. driving range. In the evening, the participants from different countries meet for a big get-together dinner.
Day 3 - 9
Mission Hills Resort Dongguan
The world's largest golf resort is located in Mission Hills, near Hong Kong and the city of Shenzhen. A total of 12 golf courses and two hotel resorts are located on the huge site near Shenzhen. The resort is a modern 5* hotel that offers all amenities. There are regular shuttle transfers to the golf courses. There are the Mission Hills Golf Resorts Shenzhen, Dongguan and Haikou on Hainan Island. The Mission Hills Group golf courses were designed by world-renowned golf course designers.
Day 4
Golf tournament round 1
The "Mission Hills World Friendship" tournament begins! The first course we play is the Rose-Poulter Course. This course is set in a stunning valley with mature trees and jungle vegetation. It offers exciting options on many holes and is ideal for match play formats. The course design has a more natural feel, with many bunkers blending seamlessly into the surrounding vegetation and creating a harmonious connection with the landscape.
Day 5
Golf tournament round 2
The second round of the tournament will be played on the Norman Course. Greg Norman's 7,228-yard course in Mission Hills, designed in the style of his native Australia, is considered one of the most difficult courses in Asia. Narrow fairways surrounded by tall grass and dense forest characterize the layout. The first nine holes wind their way through mountain ridges, while the second nine lie in a lush valley.
Day 6
Tour Shenzhen / Extra Golf
Today we explore Shenzhen, the vibrant city not far from Mission Hills. A guide will show us the most interesting sides of the super modern metropolis, which offers something for everyone: from high-tech attractions such as the Window of the World and Splendid China to cultural experiences in the Dafen Oil Painting Village and the Shenzhen Museum. Shopping enthusiasts will find everything their heart desires in the countless shopping centers and markets. (F,L) Alternatively, another round of golf (extra charge) can be played on the Vijay Course. Vijay Singh's course design impresses with innovations such as the 137-meter beach bunker on hole 3 (par 4) and the green on a rock face on hole 10 (par 5). Inspired by world-famous role models such as Pebble Beach, the course offers golfers of all handicaps a special experience.
Day 7
Golf tournament round 3
José María Olazábal's first signature course is one of the most challenging courses in Mission Hills. With over 6,600 meters and 151 bunkers (including 24 on hole 15 alone), it reflects Olazábal's mastery of the sand wedge. Majestic views of untouched jungle and natural watercourses provide a spectacular backdrop. Numerous deep bunkers and undulating fairways characterize this championship course, which has already hosted numerous international tournaments.
Day 8
Golf tournament round 4 and end of tournament
We play the last round of the Mission Hills World Friendship Tournament on the Golf World Cup. Named after the 41st Golf World Cup in 1995, this course designed by Jack Nicklaus was the first in China to be approved by the US PGA for professional tournaments. Golf greats such as Tiger Woods and Greg Norman have already played here. In the evening, the winners are honored at a grand dinner.
Day 9
Extension Macau or departure
Macau extension or group transfer to Hong Kong airport for the journey home.
