Day 1
Arrival day – Welcome to Cairo
Upon arrival, you will be personally welcomed and looked after at Cairo Airport. You will then be transferred to your golf hotel in Cairo. After checking in and having some time to rest, all participants will meet for a short information session, followed by a welcome dinner at the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 2
Golf & Dinner Cruise on the Nile
Start the day with a rich breakfast buffet at the hotel. At around 9:30 a.m., transfer to the Palm Hills Golf Course – the drive takes about 15 minutes. Your tee time is at around 11:00 a.m. for a relaxed round of golf. Afterwards, return to the hotel and enjoy some time to relax. In the evening, enjoy a special dinner cruise on the Nile with a traditional belly dance show – an atmospheric end to the day.
Day 3
Golf at New Giza GC & a relaxing evening
Start the day with a rich breakfast buffet at the hotel. Then transfer to the nearby New Giza Golf Club (approx. 10 minutes' drive), where you will tee off at around 10:00 a.m. After the game, return to the hotel and relax. In the evening, you have the option of enjoying an optional dinner at the hotel – the perfect way to end the day in a relaxed atmosphere.
Day 4
Golf at Allegria GC & a relaxing end to the day
After breakfast at the hotel, you will be transferred to the Allegria Golf Club (approx. 15 minutes' drive). There you will enjoy your tee time at around 10:00 a.m. on the course designed by Greg Norman. Afterwards, you will return to the hotel and have time to relax. The evening is yours to spend as you wish – an optional dinner at the hotel rounds off the day with culinary delights.
Day 5
Cultural highlights of Cairo
After breakfast at the hotel, you will start with a visit to the world-famous Egyptian Museum, including the fascinating Tutankhamun collection. Afterwards, you will enjoy lunch at a nice local restaurant. In the afternoon, you will continue on to the impressive Pyramids of Giza, the Sphinx, and a camel ride with a unique view of this wonder of the world. Return to the hotel around 4:00 p.m. and enjoy some time to relax. In the evening, you will have the opportunity to enjoy an optional dinner at the hotel before spending the night there.
Day 6
Fly to Aswan & Check-in Nile Cruise
After an early breakfast at the hotel and check-out, you will be transferred to Cairo Airport for your flight to Aswan. Once there, you will discover the fascinating island of Philae with the Temple of Isis and the imposing Aswan Dam with a local guide. Then check in on your cruise ship, where lunch on board awaits you and there is time to relax. In the late afternoon, you will take a romantic felucca ride at sunset and then explore the markets of Aswan on a short city tour. Back on board, you will enjoy dinner and spend the night on the ship.
Day 7
Cruise day – Kom Ombo & Edfu
After breakfast on board, your journey on the Nile begins towards Kom Ombo. Upon arrival, you will visit the impressive double temple of the crocodile god Sobek and Horus. The cruise then continues to Edfu. During the trip, you will enjoy lunch and dinner on board. In the evening, an entertaining onboard party awaits you. Overnight stay on board.
Day 8
Cruise day – Edfu & arrival in Luxor
After breakfast on board, visit the impressive Temple of Horus in Edfu, one of the best-preserved temples in Egypt. The ship then continues its journey towards Luxor, passing through the Esna Lock along the way. Enjoy lunch on board while watching the landscape pass by along the Nile. In the late afternoon, you will reach Luxor. There you will take a short city tour before returning to the ship for dinner. Overnight stay on board in Luxor.
Day 9
From Luxor to Soma Bay – Culture & Coast
After breakfast on board, you will check out of the cruise. You will then visit two of Upper Egypt's most important sites: the impressive Valley of the Kings and the imposing Temple of Queen Hatshepsut in Deir el-Bahari. After lunch at a local restaurant, you will continue on to the mighty Karnak Temple, one of the largest temple complexes in the world. You will then travel by private vehicle to Hurghada on the coast, a journey of approximately 3 hours. There you will check in at the Sheraton Soma Bay Beach & Golf Hotel. The day ends with dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 10
Golf & relaxation in Soma Bay
Start the day with a leisurely breakfast at the resort before gaining access to the renowned Gary Player Soma Bay Golf Course. Enjoy a round of golf on the picturesque 18-hole course, known for its spectacular views and thoughtful design. In the afternoon, there is time to relax on the beach – enjoy the crystal-clear waters of the Red Sea and unwind. The day ends with dinner at the resort and overnight stay.
Day 11
Golf and relaxation in Soma Bay
Start with a relaxed breakfast at the resort. Afterwards, you will have access to the renowned Gary Player Soma Bay Golf Course, where you can enjoy an exciting round of golf. Spend the afternoon relaxing on the beach and enjoying the crystal-clear waters of the Red Sea. In the evening, you can look forward to a delicious dinner and a restful night's sleep at the resort.
Day 12
Last day of golf in Soma Bay
After breakfast at the resort, it's time for your last round at the Gary Player Soma Bay Golf Course. Afterwards, you can relax on the beach and enjoy the crystal-clear waters of the Red Sea. In the evening, you can look forward to a cozy dinner and an overnight stay at the resort.
Day 13
Transfer to Hurghada Airport & Flight home via Cairo
After breakfast, check out and transfer to Hurghada Airport for your return flight via Cairo. From Cairo, you will board your flight home.
